I got this product for Christmas; it is either defective or of very poorly quality. It worked fine juicing the first 3-4 oranges, but after that, the motor couldn't seem to cope with any sort of actual pressure--it seemed like it just wasn't powerful enough. The "two-way rotation" feature is a total crock as well...

What better way to start the day than with fresh-squeezed orange juice or Grapefuit Juice? Make as little as one glass or enough to fill a pitcher. Hold half a cut orange or other citrus fruit on the juicing cone, push down hard, and the rotating cone extracts the juice. The cone will even change direction to extract as much juice as possible. A stainless-steel strainer catches pulp and seeds, and the translucent 4-cup pitcher below shows how much juice is accumulating. The pitcher has a pour spout and handle, and lifts off the power base for easy cleanup. Store with the clear plastic dust cover on top and it's ready to go next time.
