We bought this thing with our Saddleback Leather Amex Points and couldn't be happier... and I'm from Portland. You know, where coffee is a way of life. It's even handed out to you free in the grocery stores there. This last Christmas, we had a bunch of family over and they all asked about getting one because they loved it so much. As for the build being of cheap parts, well, Polycarbonate is what they use to make the water container. It's also what is used for space helmets and headlights on cars. It's really strong, but sadly it does have a cheaper feel. We've had it for 1.5 years now and would buy it again in a heartbeat. If we ever have a Saddleback Leather cabin or ranch, we'll definitely put one of these in there.
