Customer Review: Great ceramic heater

I was originally considering DeLonghi's DCH4590ER Ceramic Heater. Besides the different form factor, the two are almost identical (same wattages, same controls) except for one key difference. The TCH7590ER runs its fan at a lower speed when you run the heater on low power mode - much quieter than on high power mode. The DCH4590ER however always runs its fan at the same high speed (loud!), even in low power mode. This was a total deal breaker, and so I opted for the more more expensive TCH7590ER.
So far I've been happy with the heater, it doesn't exactly what I expected it to do.
Only 4 stars, for the following slight issues. 1) The fall over kill switch totally cuts the power. This is probably a design feature, but it means every time you move the heater (which also trips the kill switch) you have to redial in your preferences (namely temperature and power mode). 2) The fan is quiet on low power-mode, but not whisper quiet.
