Description of Factory-Reconditioned Delonghi Airstream Digital Convection Oven
Refurbished Air Stream Convection Oven. This oven is so hot its cool! The AD679 uses Convection Heating which is often found in professional grade ovens. Theres a fan inside the oven that distributes heat evenly and consistently throughout the inner chamber. You get consistent results, often at a fraction of the time of regular oven cooking timeWith digital controls including a clock/timer, this 1,500-watt countertop convection oven provides a temperature range of 140 to 450 degrees F for roasting, baking, broiling, and even defrosting and dehydrating. Because it circulates hot air, the oven cooks faster and more uniformly than a conventional oven. It also toasts bread, bagels, English muffins, and sandwiches, with seven browning settings for precise control. The oven's 0.5-cubic-foot interior accommodates a 9-inch pie or six slices of toast. With two wire racks instead of the usual one, it also holds two sheets of cookies, and there's a preprogrammed cookie-baking time-and-temperature setting for one-touch convenience. Included with the oven are two aluminum cookie sheets that fit on the racks as well as an enamel baking pan with a broil insert. The interior, illuminated by a light and visible through the oven's glass door, is enamel for easy cleaning. A slide-out crumb tray also eases cleaning. The exterior is white steel with black steel and synthetic accents. The oven measures 18 inches wide, 8-1/2 inches high, and 12-1/2 inches deep and carries a one-year warranty against defects. --Fred Brack
